My Approach
Individual Therapy
I provide an environment where my clients receive unconditional positive regard. With the areas of focus discussed below, I work collaboratively with my clients to incorporate tools that are effective, but also make sense to them. I work with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. My practice is affirming and inclusive of all ages, classes, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, cultures, and abilities.
Family Therapy
Supervision/Consultation
Sometimes, it is helpful to include family members in the therapeutic process. Whether the goal is to improve family communication or to give family members tools to best support a client, we will work as a team to meet those goals. I incorporate a variety of Family Systems methods to improve family dynamics.
I am an approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for the state of Oklahoma for candidates seeking LPC licensure. I also provide group training and individual consultation for providers who would like to learn more about gender affirming care. In addition, I work with educators, administrators, and community leaders in creating more welcoming and inclusive schools/work environments.

I have training and experience in treating anxiety, phobias, OCD and related disorders. I partner with clients to help them find relief using evidence based interventions (CBT, ACT, ERP). Each client's needs are different, therefore goals are tailored to fit those individual needs. This is approached in a collaborative way with the client. These practices have a high rate of effectiveness in reducing symptoms so that clients can get their lives back.
2SLGBTQIA+
My training has provided me experience working with individuals dealing with 2SLGBTQIA+issues. I provide letters of support, and assist in connecting clients with services in the community. Contact me for more information.
My practice is private pay, and I do not accept insurance. I provide the paperwork needed for clients to file for out of network reimbursement on their own. Payment is due at time of service and is billed through a client portal. Major credit cards, and HSA & FSA's are accepted. I provide sessions exclusively using Tele-health.
